"Living amongst pure atmosphère"
"(AUTUMN WOODS APARTMENTS) This apartment complex is very greedy. I got charged 100 dollars for a lock out fee. When asked why it was so expensive they noted that it was a deterrent method because they get called to much. I pay 1325 a month for a one bedroom. Everything is included but electric. That may sound nice, but keep in mind that your dryer, air conditioner, heater, garbage disposal and dishwasher all run off electricity. All in all I'm not satisfied with their pricing and they could treat their residents a little bit better. Update: This complex will 99 percent of the time send out an email stating that snow removal services will go in to effect the next day and they would like all cars to be moved. When coming home from work on March 10th all snow had been melted from the previous storm and I had gotten no email that night about any snow removal services. The next morning they send out a last minute mass text for all tenants to move their vehicles for snow removal/clean up. I was asleep and didn't see the text till later. I got slapped with a 100 dollar fee for not moving my car. There was no warning of a storm coming and no way to predict that we would of gotten 3 inches in the early morning hours when I was asleep. I messaged management and told them was an unfair circumstance. They don't care. They just want your money. I've voiced my opinion to management multiple times about the many issues they have as an organization and now they choose to not let me re-up my lease. This company doesn't like honest people or someone they consider a threat. I'm calling the BBB and the Maine housing division that knows all about the fair housing act to see if they are being fair to their tenants and if they can justify this charge. I tried to start small and message management, but now it's on to the next step."
