"Yes, the office can be difficult to contact, and yes, they have an annual fee; but Drs. Blake and Hanafy are excellent, caring doctors and the BEST part is that they are not affiliated with any of the corporate medicine mills such as Intermed and Maine Health."
"Countless phone calls trying to reach this office without a return call. Countless voicemails, without return calls for just trying to schedule an appointment. Paid all bills due with them, that's the only time they ever answer the phone or have an interest to talk to someone. Have been on time to an appointment, sat in room waiting for Dr Hanafy after the nurse had done their normal thing for over an hour! When I could hear her "chatting" outside the room. I had to leave and get back to work. The most recent encounter with this place, they gave me a prescription without even getting me in for an appointment that I wanted so they could see my eye. Starting using the prescription that they "sent to my pharmacist" for me. Made my condition even worse so that I had to go to a quick care for an actual medical diagnosis. This place is so unprofessional and I don't encourage anyone to ever use this doctor's office/Prom dress store!"
