"I contacted New England Telemedicine because of my constant lack of sleep and excessive snoring. From the beginning to the end the customer service was fantastic. They explained the process to me so I understood how everything would work. They sent me the device to help monitor the quality of my sleep and my oxygen. The video instructions they provided were easy to follow, which simplified the setup of the device. After I mailed back the monitor with my sleep results, I received a call the next day to schedule my online video appointment. Before my online meeting, the customer service person reached out to make sure the video meeting would work with my specific phone. Later that week I had my video consultation to go over my results. I was able to do this from the comfort of my own home. Dr. Ennacheril took the time to go over my results so I could discern what I was viewing. He explained the level of my sleep apnea so I could understand it, and told me about the CPAP device that I will be receiving to help alleviate my apnea. The entire process was great. "I used New England Telemedicine to obtain a home sleep study for my dad. They were excellent. The whole process was very straightforward, fast and efficient. The instructions were easy to follow and the report was issued promptly. The secretary was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend them."

"Used this service for an at-home sleep study because my doctor recommended them. While the actual study was satisfactory and cost $199, this company has highly unethical business practice of charging customers a $250 late fee even when returning the equipment by mail within the required 72-hour window if you don't complete the very same night it arrives. I was away the day it arrived and completed it the next day but despite explaining this situation, they refused to discuss the issue and proceeded to charge my credit card $250 without my authorization. They are also very unreliable in giving you an accurate date of the equipment arrival so I was emailed on a Tuesday and told it would arrive on Wednesday but in fact the device didn't arrive until Friday. Buyer beware and I would highly recommend finding a different company to provide this service as they have very unethical business practices and are not a business that is at all fair in dealing with their customers. Avoid."

"Had home based sleep study that was provided by this facility. Waited over 3 weeks for report, and report was insufficient for my primary care physician and respiratory company that provided CPAP equipment. Essentially worthless information provided. Horrible company and service."
