"Does anyone have a number you can call to talk with who is in charge of renting to people? The one number listed nobody answers for some reason"
"Maintenance is a huge issue. There isn't any. The building is rotting away. There has been two problems with bed bugs. It says it's a no-smoking property. They better tell the tenants. Lawn doesn't get mowed on a regular basis. Will need goats. Snow Plowing was a huge issue this last winter. One tenant slipped on the ice and broke her wrist. Lawsuit! The roof leaks causing leaks in apartments on the second floor. Tenants were told two years ago they would be getting new washers and dryers. They have not. Instead Stanford upped the prices on the washers and dryers. Cheaper to wash clothes on stones in the creek. Theft of mail ordered packages is a big problem. Theft of personal property is a big problem. Senior citizens deserve better than this. Stanford is in the wrong business. You have to like senior citizens not hate them."
