"I have been going to Dr. Cote and Wells Family Practice for a little over a year now. Dr. Cote and the entire staff are amazing. Unlike most doctors I have been to Dr. Cote listens, actually cares and makes plans to solve health issues instead of just putting a Band-Aid on them. I have a lot of anxiety about going to doctors and he also takes the time to make me feel comfortable and validated. I highly recommend Wells Family Practice."

"I've now seen both Dr.'s Trembley and Cote. I have been made to feel that I'm in good hands. I originally was a new patient and not established with the office. Because of COVID and other things, I wasn't due to be seen until March. I had a serious issue arise and they worked very hard to get me in sooner. Initially I saw Dr Trembley and she took the time to prescribe the right medication for me. Both Doctors are Awesome!"

"I booked an appointment to establish a new general practitioner and had been having neurological issues. I also wanted to get on a new birth control. Dr tomblay could not have been less interested in what she was going. The office staff was less than friendly and welcoming. I was a cash paying patient so there were no insurance issues or anything like that. Dr Tromblay did not ask me any questions, not even “have you been having a fever, headache, any other issues ? She not even address the birth control. I paid $140.00 to feel extremely disposable and completely uncared for. I will never go back there, and I recommend finding ANY other care!"

"This was the worst establishment I have ever been to, the receptionist was awful and extremely unhelpful. I suffer from Complex PTSD, major depression/anxiety, psychosis and psychotic features and I’m a cancer survivor. I made the appointment so that I could get medication for these problems or at least something to get me through my suicidal thoughts until finding a new Psychiatrist. I was 4min late to my first appointment and the receptionist was extremely rude asking if I knew that I was late and that I was asked to come in earlier. I did not remember being told to come in earlier I was left with a voicemail of the time I was suppose to be there. The receptionist went to go see if the Doc could even take me now. I was shocked! and my intentions were never to take advantage of the system, I had just left one of my 2 weekly therapy sessions and was hauling to get there. The receptionist came back and said I needed to come back a different day and I said that I didn’t know because I needed help with all these issues and that The receptionist didn’t acknowledge anything I was saying or even look at me she simply stared at her computer. I said I needed to call my therapist as I didn’t know what to do at this point because I needed the help and the receptionist simple didn’t care she didn’t say a word in response she just called the guy behind me to come up. There was no sign of Acknowledgement. I left and was completely set off and triggered by the whole experience. I’m not sure if the Doctors were any good because I didn’t get to see any they might be"
