Their hours say 8-5 but everytime I have called it was before 3 and I got the voicemail saying they will call u back within 1 business days and I have been trying to call for a week now as the dover er told me to urgently get an appointment with my obgyn office"

"I dont even want to give one star. doctor mueller is a joke and a hack. thanks to her i had to return my crib and buy a coffin. I told her something was wrong, i told her i was worried about meconium in my fluid and sure enough my daughter was born not breathing because she aspirated on meconium stained fluids. not to mention when i was fearful of the meconium dr mueller laughed at me saying meconium happens all the time and its not a big deal. if it isnt a big deal why is my daughter dead?"

"I used this office for the duration of my pregnancy and can’t praise Dr Mona, Dr Mueller and the rest of the staff enough! Always very welcoming and helpful, I never waited to be seen (in fact they squeezed me in last minute once) and my phone calls were always returned immediately. 100% recommend if you need a new OB/GYN. Edit: I have also seen Dr Mirabello since my original review and he’s great as well. Not sure what these negative reviews are about, and I’m very picky about doctors."

"I think they did terrible job at giving directions to their office. Google Maps wasn’t correct, I called their office and I got “it’s the building behind Frisbee”. There are a number of buildings behind Frisbee. I wasn’t sure which building, But I couldn’t get any more than a building behind Frisbee. We finally found it (hint: the building has a big sign that reads Frisbee Medical Building, was that too hard?) If you go in the Frisbee Medical Building, take the elevator down one floor, the office is the first one on the right. Anyway, we were 7 mins late. We waited in the only one open window line for 4 minutes, then someone called us over. We were told we were late and asked if we need an appointment reminder, AFTER we explained that we could not find the office. We were told we need to reschedule, our punishment I guess, but really, come on?! We were cordial and rescheduled, but the experience was not pleasant and they were not helpful. They also need to work on their customer skills. I think we’ll cancel and find another gynecologist."
