"I saw Dr. Knox yesterday and I am not sure if he was having an off day or just because it was late in the day but I found his bedside manner to be gruff and dismissive...I have had this issue with my ears for several months with several treatments already having been tried by my PCP and the only thing I got from Dr. Knox was we are going to give you Flonase and see you in 4-6 weeks, no real explanation as to why he thinks this will be the thing that helps...very diappointed in the care...."
