Cindi is by far one of the best Physical Therapists around. Cindi is compassionate, caring, gentle and is genuinely a very kind person. Cindi truly listens to her patients, not only by their words but also by the way their body reacts as well. Cindi is always so thorough at explaining what she thinks your treatment should be and why. Cindi is also very encouraging when progress is being made, she is also very encouraging if progress isn’t being made as fast as it should be. "I’ve been going to WV PT for years. I first needed to prepare for bilateral knee surgery. Willem helped me do that. After surgery, others helped me get used to my new knees. Fast forward to this year, when a pinched nerve in my neck was causing persistent pins and needles in my arm. That’s when Patrick took over to help me overcome this with exercises to practice at home, and, more importantly, ways to see what I could do differently to lessen these debilitating feelings. He continues to work with me when my back is so lame I cannot do simple chores around the house. WV PT is a welcoming, comforting place. Everyone knows you, everyone is friendly, everyone “knows your name.” The atmosphere is open and accepting. You can see patients working on steps or walking on a treadmill to regain strength in their arms and legs, or using this strange equipment that helps them with their balance or throwing huge balls against the walls. Everywhere you look, patients are being helped to get better. The entire area is open. Music plays. Employees joke with each other - and include the patients in their banter. Many great stories are exchanged, all while we recover from surgery or prepare for it, or just learn how to live with our aging bodies. The patients vary greatly in age but not in our desire to get better. Most enjoy going there, most enjoy being there. You can see it and feel it. When a referral to a PT is needed, doctors used to ask or send us to their local PT. Now our doctors know before we ask (or request). The high standards of the owner, Willem, is well known. He and his staff are held in high esteem by their patients. We feel better at WV PT. Most importantly, we GET better at WV PT. I am thankful that WV PT is the place I was first sent. Now it is the place where I choose to be, where I feel at ease, and where I know I will get rid of the pain and get better."

"My first experience with WV Physical Therapy was about 6 years ago when I brought my 97 year old mom to Willem for her chronic dizziness and balance issues. He was so patient and wonderful with her. I was so impressed! Now I've been going to WV Therapy for several years for my own various problems with great results. All of the therapists have been top notch - knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive. I'm currently seeing Karin Tozier and she's wonderful.
