"I had an excellent experience with the DR Dimes company. The ordering process was easy, and my questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. I ordered 4 barstool height fanback tavern swivel chairs with black crackle finish (chair no. 1087). The chairs were delivered a few weeks ahead of schedule!! The “White Glove” delivery service unpacked the chairs for me and place them where I wanted them. The chairs arrived in perfect condition. I have had the chairs since Fall of 2017, so at least 10 months. The chairs still look brand new. The chairs are well-balanced. The chairs have a solid construction, despite their delicate features. The seats swivel smoothly. I am extremely happy with my purchase, and I would recommend purchasing through DR Dimes! The company really seems to care about what they produce and are definitely producing a very high-quality product with attention to detail."
