"I would give you a -0 if I could. Dr.D made himself a very rich man prescribing opiods to my son, and now he will get richer with the new recovery center! You cut my son's opioids off cold turkey..he was seizuring, and I begged you to wean him off, but you chuckled, and said it wasn't your problem. Dr D had the compassion of a snake, and office staff did too. I'm sure no-one will see this review, but people should know the truth!"

"Find out two days before an appointment that they don't do med cards anymore and no call from then at all to let me know. Called to find out when my appointment was cause it expires Thursday, oh we stopped doing that. Place sucked before this but sure as hell isn't gonna succeed with that business plan."

"I wish I could've given zero stars. Absolutely no empathy or compassion for patient of ten plus years with Leukemia, they have made plenty of money off of. Needed inhaler for COPD, been prescribed it for years. Currently have no vehicle and am homeless, I was told I need to be seen in office before the prescription would be written even though I was just there in November. I agreed to make the appointment and all but begged for the inhaler. I was told, "he probably won't do it, but I will let you know". That was a week ago, I left two voicemails since then...neither call was returned. I had to rely on my oncologist for pcp's responsibilities. You can forget a phone appt because they don't stand to make as much as opposed to in-person. They sent me a letter threatening to discontinue my care in May which I so desperately need for "missing an appt". The appt to which they referred I cancelled promptly and with plenty of notice when I discovered that I couldn't make it in which I told them would happen (I cancelled the same day they scheduled it), as again I do not have a vehicle (I have been without transportation since March.) This appt was also forced on me as I was struggling with recurrent lung infections and COPD flare ups and requested steroids be sent to the pharmacy (without having to make another appt) so I could breathe and cough productively (I had already been seen for flare up and antibiotics), needless to say I didn't get the steroids, took longer to heal and experienced more difficulty with shortness of breath and coughing spells until it felt my chest may explode. They had only had one appt available the next day and that was it for weeks, so I cancelled and felt let down. I ended up at express care when I have a doctor of my own. The American healthcare system is a sham and it's run by crooks."
