"I’ve been taking my dog here for 7 years. I Grew up in this town and know people who work there and have always had a decent experience. Recently though, the experiences I’ve had there are not quite the same as it used to be. I’ve had issues with not being contacted properly in time about important information related to the visit and the charges incurred. While I can admit there may be some technical problems related to the returned phone calls which I have no reasonable answer for, the level of incompetence for this office has risen to a level of taking my pet and business elsewhere. They refuse to admit fault even when it is so painfully obvious that they should have done the proper thing, when in fact they did not. The condescending manner in which I was spoken to by the manager Sarah was infuriating to the point of my leaving this clinic. In the months Pryor to this last experience I have left the office feeling like I had been charged for a service I didn’t receive. I’ve been to many vets offices over the years and this is the only vets office that routinely charges for the “vet visit” but the vet doesn’t actually check the dog out with a physical or by listening to lungs or heart. No feeling around to see if there are internal issues that could be felt by hand. Now, I admit that’s what happened the last visit, but I had to ask before it would be done. So what are the charges for? to speak with a vet for a minute about why I’m there and get advice, yet they don’t do a quick wellness check like every other vet I’ve ever been to in the past does every time you come in? Bottom line is this used to be a place where you got the service and professionalism you’d expect for a business with this many clients and great reviews. Unfortunately I cannot tell you that this is the same place at all. Just admit you were wrong when you are wrong. A little bit of modesty goes a long way in culturing the trust your clients deserve. One other thing that really bothers me about this office is that’s there seems to be a different veterinarian every few months. You never know who you’re dealing with until you get there. I took my dog in over a year ago and she had been gaining weight and had every single sign of a thyroid problem. I didn’t know it at the time, but they should have know and tested that day. It is such a common problem and it was easy to research and find out that she had every single issue related to that problem. But they didn’t treat her for that and I came back a year later asking about the thyroid because I had read about it and it described her issues perfectly. So why wait so long? Why didn’t we do the test when you noticed she was gaining so much weight and I told you she’s a picky eater and this weight isn’t normal? That she’s slowed down so much she can’t hike at all any more at age 9? She’s always been at a healthy weight and active shepherd mix, but it feels like you want to keep charging for vet visits. The level of care has been lost. Avoid this place if you can. It may be a good thing for you and your pet that they won’t except new clients."

"Fantastic experience all around for our calf. Doc Rita is fabulous solved the problem didn't tell me to just euthanize him actually took time to fix Norman and ease our worries he wouldn't make it. I highly suggest you get your beasts in to this vet. Best all around for compassion and fricken willing to help."
