St. Mary's Urgent Care

"First time here and everything was great. Woman at the front desk was nice and very helpful especially given it was my first time. The wait couldn’t have been longer than 30min and there were about 3 people ahead of me. The MA that took my vitals was nice, and quick, and the PA that saw me couldn’t have been nicer and more informative. Also got a chest xray which was quick. Whole stay took about 1.5hrs - 2hrs. Will definitely be back if I have anymore issues."

"The overall experience was negative. I have recurrent bladder infections so am in urgent care quite often and have had bad experiences but this one was just off. I was in excruciating pain and to no fault of the people that work there- but I’m sure new St Mary’s policies- they make you sign into a computer to be put on a waitlist to be seen. While I was sitting there, again in excruciating pain, no one was waiting in front of me to be seen and it felt that they were taking their time instead of being “urgent”. Most of the people working were nice apart from the front desk lady and one of the medical assistants probably in her 50s (All the rest were young girls). The front desk lady announced my issues to the entire office and was very unprofessional when telling medical assistants my concerns. The 50 yr old medical assistant came out and angrily said “you so and so” attempting to call another patient in. When it was finally my turn, I was luckily working with a different medical assistant who was very nice however angry medical assistant popped in and asked if I took any pain relief which yes, makes test results difficult to determine however I was in pain. When I told her this she rolled her eyes at me and stormed out of the room. The young medical assistant was very nice and the physicians assistant was also very nice and helpful as well. However, angry medical assistant made this a very negative experience. Will stick to Urgent Care in Lew on Sabattus Street as they are always extremely kind and caring."

"Went in for a bad cough & what I suspected was bronchitis. The staff, from the moment I walked in, was efficient, knowledgeable, and SO nice. My last experience at a quick/urgent care was pretty horrible, so I was hesitant to go here, but the staff could not have been more wonderful, and have more than earned my respect and admiration!"

"Right from the start Ryan at the front desk was amazing, professional and put me at ease while dealing with the anxiety of my injury and being at the docs. I was seem almost immediately after walking in. The woman who did my vitals was reassuring, kind and smiled. She had a good sense of humor and willingly explained the process and timing. And when it came to treating my injury, managing acute symptoms and develop an aftercare follow-up plan PA Sarah was outstanding. She was positive, informative, listened to me and made me feel heard and treated me with confidence, professionalism and efficiency which made an uncomfortable/unpleasant process manageable, timely and able to be tolerated. From walking in the door to the gentleman who checked me out I was very impressed by the quality of care and will return to this location if needed again. A++++ St. Mary's!!!!!"

"I have been seen once, and my daughter has been seen twice - all 3 were pleasant experiences. I think their online spot saver system needs work,but the care we've received has been wonderful. They were patient and accommodating with my 6yo when she had RSV and then when she needed her first xray. I was pleased that they spoke directly to her, as is often not the case when adults interact with children. They are very busy, but clearly compassionate and caring."
