"Came in for a gift certificate for my stepdaughters birthday. Super easy. Cool place! Friendly people. I left the gift certificate in my car and at some point it was stolen. I returned to the studio and explained the situation. I was incredibly greatful they voided the stolen one and issued me a new one. That would have been a pricey mistake on my part for having left the certificate in the car and my doors unlocked. 5 stars for awesome customer service!"

"We scheduled an appointment for our 5 month old daughter to get her ears pierced. Naturally my husband and I were nervous, but Mike was absolutely incredible. He was super thorough in his explanation of what he was going to do before he did anything. He then was telling us what he was doing as he was doing it, which was helpful for me! Aftercare was also explained very well, and our daughter’s ears are healing beautifully. Staff was super kind, place was super cool and super clean! 11/10 recommend!"
