"Made appt for 9:45. Got a call day before saying appt was 10:00 and had to be there by 9:45. Showed up at 9:40 and gave insurances told I’d be seen shortly. Brought to room at 10:10 told Dr be there shortly, I left at 10:30. If I’m required to be early to make sure I’m on time, I’d expect the same of him."
