"I contacted Lynn, asking if she was taking new patients. I spoke with a receptionist, filling her in on the details of my daughter's health, and the receptionist said she would call back when she looks at the schedule, to determine how soon (if at all) they can take new patients. I never got a call back, and I called them four times, leaving messages each time. I politely requested a call back, whether or not they could see her, and still I never received a return call. Some people would say that I should take the hint, but with a PROFESSIONAL, I figured a call back was the least courtesy. If guess if you're looking for courtesy, this is obviously not the place."
