"Been to walk in care twice in the last month and the staff is great but the actual doctor is a joke and spend about 10 seconds with you. Yesterday my boyfriend went and the doctor prescribed him 2 different things but never said or told him what he has and when he voiced his concerns she just said look around here everyone is sick. So at this point I wouldn’t take my dog there cause the doctors just don’t care. It’s to bad cause the staff was friendly and amazing but the doctor just doesn’t seem to care."
"After having a very bad experience at mainegeneral express care tonight, it was a breath of fresh air to be seen here. The doctor I had listened thoroughly to my problems and actually cared about finding a solution. Although I got in pretty close to closing time, I did not feel rushed. She came up with a treatment plan that worked for me. Definitely recommend northern lights as opposed to maine general walk in."
"The front desk ladies were wonderful, helpful, and very inviting. Doctors were prompt and knowledgeable. I was in and out quickly and could not have asked for better care. Would recommend this location to anyone seeking help in the area."
"My daughter had a bad playground fall, and we had just missed the pediatrics walk-in care. I decided to take her here; everyone from the receptionist to the medical care professionals were so profoundly kind to us. She got excellent care, and everyone spoke to her like a little human. It was so refreshing! I love this place, and it's comforting to know that they're there. 5 stars from us!"
"I had one of the worst times here than I have in any hospital. And they still are charging me for an appointment I have already paid for, I went in for a standard treatment. They gave me medication that didn’t work, I had to go to another place to get it treated. I would write more about the place, im currently dealing with customer service which is another problem in its self. Would choose any other place besides here."
