"Its seems that the owners are not quality people. I rented a backhoe for a weak on my new home. To help in the labor moving dirt and rocks. First day everything worked a tire came off the rim I took pictures of the Delivery. In the the picture it shows that tire was low on air. They ended charging $25+ and I had removed it and delivered to repair. The big thing was the drive shaft fell out, they were very slow about coming out to repair it. I lost a day. It fell out again during morning a day before it was to be picked up. So I got about half the usage. I asked them to adjust the price do to the equipment break downs and they refused. I will never rent anything from them..."
"Rented twice from the location in Presque Isle, ME. Second time, the pull rope of the compactor I attempted to start broke. I brought it back, worried that I'd still get charged something, but with no questions asked, I was given a full refund. This is the way business should be conducted. Very pleased and highly recommend renting from Grand True Value Rental!"
