"The order taker could not even come close to understanding what I typically order. The second barista made a good attempt to recover my order but i ended up throwing 2 cups of coffee away. In America we speak English. 15 bucks wasted."

"This is an airport location so they don't have their own seating. But it's located in the Boston Public Market area by Gate 28 so there is seating and standing tables shared with the other businesses. I just had a croissant which was good and hard to mess up. My beverage was the usual Starbucks good and they're fast, especially given that there are usually a ton of people in line. I ordered ahead (Starbucks BOS Terminal C Gate 28") and was also able to use the new function to use my own cup. Win win."
"I waited there for more than ten minutes with nobody working on my order. Then they made my drink hot but I ordered it cold. I told them I want it cold in advance, but the one in she shop just said he cannot understand how royal English breakfast tea latte could be cold, and asked me to wait for another 7min to wait for the hot drink cool down to cold one. The drink is even on the menu. It’s too ridiculous I haven’t met this kind of problem before and it’s in the airport I’m rushing to the gate. Worst experience at Starbucks ever."
