"JP Licks is normally a great icecream shop. I have been numerous times. I would suggest that if your in the mood for a late night snack don't go to this location as even though the sign says they are open till midnight the employees clean up about 1hr early so they should really put the close at 11pm. (Not a good look for JP Licks as a company). Unfortunately this location according to the employee has a policy they cannot make frappes (milk shakes) after 10:55pm even though they close at midnight. So if you do go to a JP Licks which is a great ice cream shop don't go to this location as they might have policy on not being able to serve you something."
