"Great new car. friendly service. However, they where hour and half late delivering car. We returned car exactly 24 hours later. No one was there to collect car upon returning. Charged $170 more for what was there fault. $376 for Mini Cooper for one day is already too much. Bad experience"

"We arrived on the island later in the day and were only staying for a few hours. After the sticker shock of renting mopeds,($125 each!) $99 to rent a car was a deal! In and out in 10 minutes and driving around the island. Great experience with A-A."

"Our car was hit in the parking lot after we dropped it off and we were charged for the repair (no one was there to check the car when we brought it back so legally we were trapped). Looking back at the conversation I can't help but believe it was a setup. Do NOT rent from this business."

"You're not given the option to rate this negative stars so they get one for the nice older gentleman working there. Wish I'd gotten his name and I wish he could take the time to teach his co-workers how to treat the customers, last I checked we help keep them in business?! Talk about being rude and unprofessional! There was an older lady there that took it upon herself to try scold us about a misunderstanding and Llian had the worst attitude about a situation that could have been avoided all together, if he'd taken the time to speak to people with respect and decency. Felt so sorry for him as he made it obvious he's miserable and lacks morals. How can you be so unhappy in such a beautiful place? So glad our experience with him was on the way out. We won't be renting anything from them again and would suggest you go else where. Budget is a few steps away, take the short walk over. Your Fitbit also says do it!"

"Had the best experience with this company right from the first call I made till I handed back the keys from the car I rented. The car was a new model with only 19 miles on it. The staff was courteous and professional. They charged me exactly what the estimated invoice came to, and they tell you upfront what the charges are so no surprises. Also I found this company to charge much less compared to other rental companies I called. Was hesitant to give then a try after reading the prior bad reviews, so was very surprised with the excellent service I received from beginning to end. Highly recommend it!!"
