"Same-day service, but they replaced my terminal dead battery with an old, (wrong?) one that is also terminal 8 months later! Over the summer of 2020 I found my car battery had not just died while I was working from home, but was terminal and needed to be replaced. I sitting in my car looking for a place to drive it while it still had charge from a jump, I found Cal's Auto just down the hill, who agreed to take my car and replace my battery same day, an excellent turnaround, even though I didn't need it same-day! However, it seems the battery they put in my car was old, didn't fit correctly, and is now also terminal 8 months later! Also, the 2 times I was on-site in July 2020 nobody was wearing masks, and there was little to no active effort put into avoiding contact with customers or each other or maintaining safe social distancing even that far into the pandemic. I've taken my car to Bolster Service Inc. for a replacement and other work and regret paying for my service here that desperate afternoon."
