"Worst dunkins in mass which is a hard title to achieve. Every order wrong. Ask for a croissant get a bagel. Ask for a regular coffee get black. Horrible service obviously no one who works there has basic listening or comprehension skills. Do not go here absolute waste of money."

"Ice coffee was the worse I had in a long time, watered down but the taste was off. I didnt get the full 50 minchins and the jelly ones had no jelly. My kiddos fave is the jelly one so it was disappointing. Just a bummer with food prices so high, the least you can hope for is to get what you ordered."

"Too bad too expensive !!! I ordered espresso 1 short, 2 caramel and 5 creams, they charged me 6$ for that. instead it only cost me 2.5$ when I bought it in the north End or Dorchester!"

"I have been ordering from this location for a decade and the volume they handle is amazing. I have always praised the staff on their attention to detail and ability to remember regular orders. Today, the quality control failed on the food line. I did not lower my rating as they were slammed, but I have not had any luck in the past trying to draw their attention to other quality control observations."
