Had an appointment for a tire repair due to a nail and the job was completed promptly. As a plus, I had a corroded tire stem cap that was stuck that I didn't even mention to them, but to my surprise, this was taken care of as well during the visit."

"Out of all the Costco tire locations. These guys have the best customer service. Dennis and Thomas always listen to what the issue is and make sure they go out of their way to address it, even if they have to replace them tires. I live in Norwood, MA but I come here for all my tire related services. The Dedham location is a disaster."

"I had an appointment for a tire rotation and balance. They did not call to let me know when my car was done, and they did not even give me a receipt. My car was in the exact spot that I left it, so I don't even have proof that they serviced my car since I did not have any documentation. Very disappointed in the customer service and will not be going back to this Costco tire center."

"Highly recommend this place for tires. They don't have the largest selection especially if you're looking for the racing names. You will find some good tires for the money and their pricing is very competitive with everyone else. The guys are all very friendly and go above and beyond their work. I only buy my tires from them now, they will install onto aftermarket wheels but make sure you have everything necessary with you like hub centric rings or spaces."
