"a lady by the name of amy i had to tell her how to make my coffee then she continued to give me the wrong amount of change"
"l'm not one to complain at all. I will take a loss on a messed up item 100% of the time and never write a bad review, but I couldn't let this one go. I was in this store about an hour ago, and the woman who was taking my order was just very rude. I had my exact change for my coffee plus a dollar for a tip for them. I didn't even get a thank you for that. It took about 9 or so minutes to get my one drink, and as I was waiting a lady who had ordered right after me had asked for her receipt, and that same woman working there whispered under her breath "Well am I making your coffee, or do you want a receipt that bad?" Just being rude. I left the store, and I took one sip. I took one sip, and into the trash it went. Awful. l debated on going back in, and asking them to make me a new one but I didn't want to be that guy, and by that time I was just more disgusted than anything when 10 out of 10 times my trip to this store is very pleasant. Sorry for the rant, but not sorry..."

"Went there to get a tea and asked the worker what was in the harvest detox tea to see if it is something I would like and she responded “we’re not allowed to say”… extremely suspicious. Doesn’t help someone who might be allergic to an ingredient."
"I absolutely LOVE this new location! The staff was friendly and helpful and the cafe itself couldn’t have been cleaner. Super convenient and right next to the library, too."
