"I like Starbucks , but I can’t accept when I order one drink and they makes different , today i ordered ice shaken espresso with oak milk like always , I also ordered 3 fappuccino with green tea , when I sip doesn’t taste espresso at all , so I came back to store and t they make me a new one , when I look at the guy who make espresso , he use pre make coffee instand of espresso, this drink doesn’t sweet at all compare other locations ,and no taste of coffee at all , their stuff change all the time , the drink taste different every time , would never come back"

"Biggest, yet slowest starbucks ever. 3 baristas, dragging their feet, working at the slowest possible rate. Even though its a big starbucks with lounge chairs, NO ONE was lounging, everyone was trying to be patient while the 3 baristas worked slower than smaller starbucks with 2 or 1 people working. This is unacceptable, some people have things to do."

"Please train the baristas on making better macchiato’s - the espresso tasted fine, but the milk was too frothy for a macchiato. Starbucks is a renowned coffee establishment; the baristas should be able to craft all kinds coffee orders to come out excellent."
