"Amazing experience! I had to go to the Capital One services and it was a great experience! Ashley helped me out, who was awesome, super friendly, kind and professional! In under 5 minutes I had finished my job thanks to her. I also got the signature Honey Lavender Latte afterwards, which was one of the best coffees I’ve ever had!! Also, the vibes of this place are amazing, and it’s the ideal spot for studying or working. Loved the experience, and I suggest this place for anyone, Capital One customer or not!"

"What a great location! New location and a new look. The customer service here is amazing. I am a multiple Capital One card holder and have never been in a Cafe. Visiting from Washington DC and walked in and was blown away at the space. Convenient coffee bar, plenty of work space, both private and in public, along with super friendly staff to help with your banking or financial needs. Definitely will be going back as my daughter is in University here."

"Friendly staff, think Apple staff vibe, are very accommodating and helpful. Great place to work remote with plenty of seating and power outlets if you get there before 3:00pm during the week day. Coffee isn’t expensive if it’s just regular. Important to note: Wi-Fi speeds are ~20mbps down and only 6mbps up. ChatGPT and other AI websites were blocked for me on the WiFi and I had to VPN."

"it is a well layed out facility, with plants, nice music and a good view of boylston st... unfortunately the cafe staff is the slowest i have experienced outside st thomas, vi... there were 7 employees and it took like 7 minutes to get my order processed (1 min/emp)... the gal at the counter took extreme care in getting the drip coffee going while i waited for her... then after she took the order two other employees chatted away while i waited for my latte... the remainder were stashed away in the office and came out when the latte was being made... and even with sooo many employees nobody had taken the time to checkthe napkins supply until i asked for some... definitely not a well run operation... one would expect the bank to ensure some level of service quality. p.s. the scone quality was not good either... should i come back? hmmm!"
