"Frustrating placing a mobile online order to pick up inside. To get there and have the front door locked and then have to go through the drive-through 8 cars deep. When I asked the manager, he said he has to talk to his manager about getting the mobile app adjusted, and it never gets done. Very frustrating and made me late for work"
"There must be a change in Management or staff. For the last month it has been extremely difficult to get a basic coffee order correct, and I mean basic. So bad that I have had to take multiple coffees back. Coffee bitter, and made incorrectly. today I waited 10 minutes in line, 5 of that waiting at the speaker with no acknowledgement that I was there, I said hello after a minute and was told to wait. I waited and waited, mind you, there was only one car at the window waiting for their order. I finally ended up leaving before placing an order."
"Service has gone downhill over the past year or two, especially the morning shift. Dunks has never been great at getting orders correct but this place is a new low. Do yourself a favor and hit any of the other coffee shops in the area."
"I wasn't gonna post a review cause it's just your typical dunkins. How ever there is a little bottom in there with pink hair that LOVES bossing the other employees around while completely ignoring the people who wait for food. I waited 25 mins before I asked about wether or not my coffe would be done as customers continuously ordered and left with there stuff. The saddest part about this is I think he was management. I purposely choose to do out of my way to this dunkin instead of 111 because of the great coffe and service wich was not received today by super bottom. He actually told the employees he would deck me. Also very cute cause he was only saying the because of the counter between us. If it wasn't for the pretty girl with super bright blue eyes being absolutely perfect, homebottom would be wearing my cold brew."
"Rude staff. I witnessed 5 drinks go back because they were not made correct. 8 workers standing around. It took the girl 3 xs to get my ice coffee with expresso, not hard right, wrong. Very unprofessional and unpleasant employees. Heavy set, short women brown hair glasses she dosnt need to work with customers. Will never go back to this location."
