"For being so busy and in such a prime location, you would think they would have a restroom. I work with chemicals all day and. It would be nice to wash my hands before touching anything I'm going to eat or drink. SMH. How are you going to serve food and drinks but not offer a bathroom? Are we really in the hood or something?"

"This place has amazing staff and service. I had a miscommunication on my app and they charged me 3 times to which I had no knowledge. The manager Rosi immediately noticed when I came in and offered to get the same thing 3 more times. At first I declined thinking that this small mistake would be easily rectified through the app/website. WHAT A HUGE WASTE OF TIME. After sending them my purchase info on the app and my bank all they came back to me with is call them. Summary, people make the business and this is one of the nicest dunkins I've been too."

"Not usually a fan of D&D...as a matter of fact stopped going there years ago. Went there to get a gift card and saw a sign for their new Nutty Pumpkin coffee. I got ice with no additional sweetener AND IT WAS DELICIOUS!!"
