"I booked an appointment for my wife’s vehicle online using their website and got both a confirmation email and text saying to arrive between 7:30 and 11am. We arrived at 10:30 and the mechanic would not take us and completely disregarded the online system and said we were supposed to show up at 8am and that he didn’t have time to service my wife’s car. How in the world are we supposed to know that when the system only allows you to book a time window and not an exact time? Fix your website if you’re gonna completely ignore it. Now we are completely out of luck scrambling to find another place to get service done. This is unacceptable and we will not be returning here."
"Took my car here after getting a flat tire they were able to get me all new tires on within an hour and a half! Right before they closed too! he had a little trouble with the computer and had to stay a little later to take my payment he was very patient the whole time! I think his name was Andrew. I’ll be going back for other services!"
