"Terrible service. Lena is helpful but the delivery people and thier tracking system is inconsistent and inconvenient for the customer. Items undelivered and drivers with less than desirable communication resulting in costly delays. Also items go "mysteriously missing" and no one can seem to track their own items. Do not use"

"I called to see if they had an ecm i needed gave them part# and vehicle info and told me to it was available and I asked if I can go and get it they said yes, when I got there they told me they had to pull the part and will call me back when it's ready, never called me back I called back 2 days later drove back to get the part, got the part and took it to the shop it was the wrong part, japan donor and I needed US, drove back to return it and now I have to wait to get my money back check in the mail. Lost 3 hours driving back and forth plus gas."
