"I arrived to one person waiting in line so I approached the counter! The few girls that were work didn’t even acknowledge that I was there! Well after almost 8 minutes of standing there with no a word to be said to me I walked up to the pick up counter to only get a very dirty look from the girl and have her just turn around and walk away! All it took was for them to say something! I will never patronize Dunkin’s again after this experience! Ten minutes and not a word was said! Save yourself the time and go to aroma joes at least the people that work there like their jobs!"
"The workers need to learn some customer service skills better yet, get some new employees that know how to treat people. I ordered a coffee, a donut and wake up wrap. I had to drive back around because they forgot my wake up wrap. This worker threw my food at me, my coffee was covered in coffee. She was laughing at me and calling me crazy. I have never been treated so badly and I will never go to this Dunkin again if I can help it. I told her I was going to report her and she said go ahead. This is the type of workers you want working at your establishment?"
