"Horrible. Horrible service. My friend is a weirdo. EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT & THAT’S OKAY & the manager took it upon themselves to call the police and say my friend is on drugs…. No honey she’s just not from Maine and she’s different, she’ll straight up tell you that. This manager is a coward because they didn’t say a word to my friend. Not one conversation but yet had the audacity to call the police. This makes sense. I now understand why your manager at this location is a manager for Best Buy, and not a business owner. Grow a pair."
"Bunch of giggling kids behind the electronics counter. Literally talking amongst each other and scrolling through phones. Not once were we acknowledged while browsing for computers. They didn't even look up. Only time we were acknowledged was on the way out of the store empty handed. There's a reason we never come here anymore."
"The chest freezer I bought was damaged. I found the damage when I unboxed the freezer after delivery. I called customer service twice to try to get a pick for return. Best Buy said they would not pick up the freezer. So, I am stuck with a severely damaged freezer, no pick up or return. Best Buy has been no help here. Really poor business practices and customer service. See pictures below:"
"They decided to hide my review, I guess it was too honest. Do you have something that needs to be repaired? If you do take it here then you better make sure the staff sends your item out to get fixed or you may end up an entire month or two without it. The employees don’t care about your experience, the time and money lost by them not doing their job at even the most basic level. Give your money to a business that actually cares."
"Bought a new TV - LG OLED EVO 65" C2 - had it delivered. It was a good experience and less expensive than Amazon. I was also concerned about delivery of a 65 inch TV from Amazon, versus from a local Best Buy store."
