"Do not recommend. Extremely unprofessional, rude staff and owner. After purchasing a used truck at sticker price (1) I was not given a spare key and the refused to get me one. (2) truck was not cleaned from the previous owner, garbage under the seats. (3) truck was given to me empty of gas, and (4) I told both the finance guy and the owner joe both in person and via email multiple times to register the truck commercial and at a specific weight. After getting the registration back not commercial and not at the weight I specifically told them, I was told by the finance guy there is nothing he can do and he will not refund me the money ($400) that I paid for them to register the truck. I reached out to the owner Joe as he was the one who sold me the truck but he ignored my multiple emails. Now I have to go to the dmv and pay for their mistake and register the truck correctly."

"I had the best car buying experience. Joe was great to work with. We had a deal within 10 minutes. Very easy going staff. Jim was great! They had excellent communication. I had a small issue with Ford points Because of me!!! Jim worked hard to resolve it and did! My wife bought a 2020 Edge ST from the other Marchese Ford in Mechanicville, NY from Joe's brother Dan.
