"I made a mobile order and went in to pick it up. The drinks were ready quickly. I waited for 45 minutes for the food, which was just a breakfast sandwich and a bagel. The woman asked me twice what I was waiting for. The first time, she said it would be right out. The second time she asked for my name again and said it would be right out. Finally got it after 10 more minutes. They 100% forgot about the order, as people that came in to order after me were in and out quickly. It doesn't take 45 minutes to make a sandwich."
"Did my mobile order, for this location. Was told to pull up, waited, was then told ‘I don’t have a Mobil order for you’. I insisted they did and pulled up the order as the guy walked away. He came back and simply said ‘I don’t have glazed donuts’. I requested another one and he then came back to the window handing it to me, and said ‘pull up front I don’t have any iced tea, gotta make it’. Like the wait, rudeness, and not even knowing my order wasn’t bad enough, I had to pull around and wait in the 90 degree heat. Would not recommend this location what so ever."
