"this is absolutely terrible. everytime i order my iced americano with oatmilk, vanilla and a shot of expresso they always get it wrong. this time there was no vanilla at all. these workers dont know what they are doing and they dont care enough to get a simple coffee made correctly. how do they still even have jobs"

"I pay for cappuccino and got a unsweetened iced coffee. They lock their door 40 minutes before closing time. No one was at their drive-through after i ordered wait 10 minutes I had to park my car and tell them I ordered something. Donuts taste old."
