"My daughter and I had lunch here yesterday. Let me just say that they get everything right. The food and teas- wonderful. Limited menu but everything on it is just perfect. Great toasted sandwiches, tasty stuffed crepes, wine slushies. The atmosphere is also perfect- reminiscent of a European cafe, tastefully decorated, nice comfy cozy booths. Our server was the best! And their merch- also wonderful- t shirts, huge selection of teas, ceramic mugs and pots. Highly recommend this restaurant- and the one in Schenectady was just as good. You will never regret a visit to this place!"

"The teas here are exquisite and there are so many flavors available! I love that they have these perfect sample size bags so you can try a bunch without committing to a huge bag. You've got to do their afternoon or breakfast tea service; there are so many options for courses and they're all delicious. You'll leave full and happy. Come stay eat chat and catch up with a friend and then choose some yummy teas to take home."

"This restaurant is our biggest go to in Troy downtown. Need a place to get away during the farmer’s market or a place to people watch while you eat? This is that place. Need a hot cup of soup on a cold winter evening? Come here. Want speciality French press brewed coffee for a very low price? You’ll definitely find that here. Not only is the food absolutely delicious and made with the same quality every time, their coffees and teas are absolutely perfect. Highly recommend any of the salads, sandwiches, or crepes. If you’re looking for a more fancy experience you can get the tower pairing with multiple options for each tier (worth it!). Overall the service provided is fast and the food sometimes comes out even before you get your drinks! The only thing I would say would help improve the experience is if every table that was served was provided with water and refills by default - feels sometimes like you have to explicitly ask for water or more water. The interior is comfy and if you’re lucky to sit in room with the natural light you’ll even get some people watching in! There is a back dining area which feels and looks a bit disconnected from the rest of the establishment, which I wish they would remodel to make it feel homier. Bathrooms feel a bit dated and I wish they’d re-do the signs to make it acceptable for any person to use any of the two bathrooms available."
