"I don't usually write reviews, but now more than ever, I feel like it's important to recognize and share positive experiences/feedback. So, here's my contribution! I had some reservations after reading previous reviews, but my visit was really pleasant. The staff was both friendly and professional, and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I also called ahead to confirm their hours and got a quick response. It seems as though many of the issues raised by others have since been addressed."
"As of 11/11/2022 , the NorDx lab in the hospital will NOT be taking walkins (unlike most of the time in recent years). I have used the hospital lab in the past, and its fine. (But the lab at 887 Congress St which I went to subsequently today is very friendly and efficient)."
"The super warm team at NorDx made a 3 hour test extraordinarily pleasant and stress-free for me! Efficient yet calming and again, majorly warm and friendly. I was very impressed and extremely grateful!"
"Probably should consider hiring people in scheduling willing to answer their phones and not let it ring 49 minutes. Maybe let go of the dead weight and hire better more assertive staff. Meanwhile I will try my best to avoid having to go to nordx labs. The experience is not worth the time they wasted."
"Have always had a good experience here as I'm a patient at MFM down the hall. The woman who usually draws my blood is nice & quick. I went in today 7 minutes before they "close for lunch" and was told she couldn't take me because they were closed for lunch. I told her my due date is next week and I just needed these labs drawn really quick (doctors ordered). She just kept repeating "sorry on lunch". Not professional or kind at all. My doctor wasn't impressed either. Not sure who the new girl is working there but wouldn't recommend."
