"Everything about our stay was wonderful. One small hiccup with people in the next unit smoking right near our windows but, Anna quickly remedied the situation and explained that it was a non-smoking area. We rented unit 8 and 9 and loved the place. Hard to beat being so close to the beach and also having a private area with picnic tables and fire pits. Fresh towels were only a text away if you texted in the morning. The kitchen in the lower unit was larger and worked well for our main cooking and serving area. The unit above had a smaller kitchen but, larger bedroom. It also had a cute porch to sit outside with a table and chairs. The downstairs unit also had a porch but, we barely used that as we were outside by the picnic tables or fire pits when we weren’t on the beach. A few older reviews were not great. It is too bad that reviews from years ago can’t be removed. Whatever was wrong years ago is absolutely no longer a problem and I would highly recommend this location and Anna."

"Comfortable beds. Everything you need to cook yourself a decent vacation meal if your not to preoccupied with being literally on the beach. The room was decorated beachy. The shower was sort of difficult to modulate temperature I think it's time for a new water heater there. All said I'd go back again mostly for the location though"

"The house itself was fine and the beach was very nice, but the very constrained check-in and check-out times were very annoying. It was hard to enjoy a day at the beach with one eye always on the clock. Also some confusion, as they changed the house a couple of days prior to our arrival. There's apparently nobody in the rental office. It looked abandoned, and all communication was by email. Entry was by key code. That all worked fine, so no issues there. Couldn't get in until 4pm, had to be out by 10am. Check-out was a real concern, as we had a photo shoot of the family on the beach at 8:30. The cleaning lady started circling around 9. It was a big house, but only one cleaning person? When we left, she told us we left on time, and that she had hours of work ahead of her. The nameplate on the door identifies the house as belonging to a local real estate magnate. He can't afford more cleaning people to turn the property over quicker? Next time, we'll look for a place with more reasonable check-in and check-out times."

"Great location. Right on the beach. Checked in when they had staff shortage so rooms were not ready. Onsite staff was still available to finish preparing the rooms and bathroom. About 20 min walk to the pier. The beach is so much less crowded than around the pier. Great relaxing place. Fire pit at night is fun for kids roasting marshmallow but many bugs. There were only 2 window air conditioners so you need to ask the upstairs bedroom occupants to leave the door open so all the upstairs bedroom can get some cool air"

"Haven't checked out yet and so far loving our stay, will update after check out, here are some views Update, checked out today. Dont worry about towels, they provide so many and easy to receive more, just leave the dirty ones in the basket providedon the deck and they deliver new full basket. Same with your trash, they provide a large barreling deck, I was easily able to take our bag out onto deck into the large barrel and they'd remove like magical elves. On Wednesday they come with more trash bags and paper towels. The cabin was small but you were never no more than 200 steps from the waters edge. The view and beach is incredible. The bathroom is small but you adjust. Shower only, keep in mind if kids on visit. Bedrooms small too but closets and small built in bureau in each. Small common area and galley kitchen but we spent so much time outdoors it didn't matter plus the enclosed screened porch overlooking ocean makes it feel larger, great views from futon too. Great spot on beach. Not too crowded and 1 mile walk to pier and just 15 minute drive to Portland too. We loved our week here. 4 to 5 adults fit cozy but we hope we can come back next year, just note to self, a larger space necessary for our family size."
