"We've been reserving the same apartment for well over 15 years. Sterling goes above and beyond to make sure his guests needs are met while providing a great atmosphere to relax. The cleaning staff provides excellent clean environment with fresh towels daily. Best place to stay in Old Orchard Beach!"

"Sterling is such a good host. Always looking for your satisfaction. He offered his own spices and sauce while I was cooking my steak on the huge charcoal in the backyard. Wow. The place is clean and very close to the beach. I would give them 6 stars. We will be back for sure."
"Wonderful spot on Old Orchard Beach. Less than 30 yard walk to the oceanfront sandy beach. Stayed just 2 nights but had an amazing time. The innkeeper Sterling was very attentive to our needs. Many units have ocean views which add to the grand experience. If I could give move than 5 stars I would."
