"Room and bed was super comfy. Chris (owner) was friendly and helpful, knows the area. 10 minute walk into town and all kinds of good eating. Oh yeah, and the breakfast is insane (in a good way). Parking is good, and its pretty quiet at night. Also, complementary booze. Whats not to love? Highly recommend."
"I will preface this review that I did not stay in the hotel. However, my parents were supposed to for their 40th wedding anniversary today but there is no one to check them into a room. They have been onsite over an hour, but are scrambling to find other accommodations after driving from Connecticut and being unable to reach anyone. Even their contact through AARP cannot get ahold of the owner, whose phone number says the voicemail isn't set up (even I tried it). VERY poor customer service. Thank you for ruining their day."
"We booked this via Expedia many weeks in advance. Our travel plans unfortunately changed weeks before the booking and although we had not paid yet, the management took a very hard line and refused to cancel (either through Expedia or in a follow-up email from us). This is the only property we booked in this area that took this rigid and unnecessary position. Unless you are 100% sure about your travel plans, don't book here."
"A great B&B that is close to the center of town. Chris is a great Inn Keeper snd was there when we needed anything. Breakfast was great and dinning room was very pleasant. This historic house was well maintained and decorated nice. A beach pass was provided which we used and free cocktails are available self service. If you are looking for a quiet place this would be a good choice. TV is available in the comfortable living room."
"This bed and breakfast is so delightful. Chris is a great host. He keeps the rooms very clean and checked every day if we needed anything. His breakfast is very yummy, especially the homemade coffee cake. The house itself is quaint and quiet. We spent 6 days here for our honeymoon and we would definitely consider this B&B if we ever are in Kennebunkport again."
