"Nice place, very clean and excellent location...it's very close to footbridge beach and several of the restaurants. Prices were great. Rooms were nothing fancy but good enough. If you're at Ogunquit for the beach, you're likely not going to be in the room anyway other than to sleep, shower, and change. Only thing that I didn't like is that the parking lot isn't very well lit, and if you're walking back from somewhere at night like I was, it can feel pretty sketchy. Other than that, no complaints."

"Bed could have been a little more comfortable but what we expected for a one night stay. Quiet, roomy, cool, clean. Great for price. The clerk was quiet, friendly, but more importantly, always there when you showed up, and answered questions. That's always a plus."

"We travel to Ogunquit annually for a mini vacation. This was without doubt the worst room we've ever stayed in. 1. Bed terribly uncomfortable. 2. Room service was non-existent. Carpet was not vacuumed for 3 days. Last day came back to our room around 2:30 pm. Trash buckets emptied and dirty towels taken away. Room not cleaned nor was the bed made! My wife went to front desk asking for new towels, when she told "Andy" about the room, she received a blank stare. On check out when I told him about all of the issues we had, he was dismissive and told me they had been in business for 60 years. I asked him what did that have to do with us receiving poor service? 3. The room was large, the only positive. A plumbing groan/rattle went off every 15 minutes. Needed to have the AC fan on high to drown out the noise. Mold in the corner of the bathroom floor. Microwave was unplugged and had to be put on the floor in another part of the room. Overall, terrible stay at this location where proper customer service was non-existent. Andy has his job for the sole reason of being the owners son."

"The location of this hotel within walking distance of Footbridge Beach and a few restaurants is just so phenomenal. The rate was great for our one night vacation budget and reflected the dated and under-amenitied nature of this multi-generational family business. Would we have appreciated AC that could make the room feel like a fridge after a long day in the sun? Sure, but the wall-mounted window unit worked alright. We had such a carefree time at this quaint and affordable beach hotel with really friendly and accomodating staff that we didnt miss luxury."

"We went there for 2 nights and it was really great. Although the rooms are outdated, they are spotless clean! They have everything you might need. The hotel’s location is amazing as it’s just a 600 m walk from Footbridge beach and a 25 min walk to downtown. It’s a very nice walk and there is a sidewalk so it’s safe. The staff was super friendly and helpful when we needed additional towels. Plus, the outdoor pool was super clean and warm. We were able to leave the car there on the last day even after check-out which was really appreciated and we were able to check in early because our room was early. Super appreciated. Would go back there again as it met our needs for our little trip!"
