"Good rooms with good cleaning service.only problems here seem to be selective favorites. If you dont work for them, or dont know the office personally they are not the kindest. Many friends who stayed there said if the office do not like you they are not afraid to show it. Gossip about people who stay is something that happens often.calling the office for supply or needs seems to bother the office workers. If I were you I would go to the one with a pool. Office is much kinder and everyone there is friendly."

"My wife and I had a great time road tripping in Maine during the summer of 2019. We stayed in the number of small non-chain motels. This was one of the nicest. As a matter fact it was the best! Reasonably priced, great room, super friendly service, a bottle of wine in the room. We found this place by accident. This was a very happy accident! The gentleman at the desk, I’m pretty sure he was the owner, spent a bunch of time with us helping us with our trip itinerary. He was able to recommend a hotel for us to stay in Lubec ME when we visited Campobello Island. On our way back from Northern Maine and New Brunswick we tried to stop here again and we were very disappointed to find it full. The nice gentleman at the desk was able to find a room for us at another local hotel. He’s a super nice guy."

"a couple of months ago, my partner and I were faced with finding a new place to live after a house fire. After searching for a place to stay until we found a permanent residence, We stayed with the Axell's at one of their establishments. The care and concern was unexpected but most certainly welcomed and they did their absolute best to help us feel like at ease during this trying time. Visits with Billie, Skye, and Bear Bear (their Greyhounds) at the reception desk was very helpful. We look forward to staying with them under better circumstances. [I honestly cant say enough about how amazing this family is and how wonderful they were during our time of need.]"

"Love it love it!!! Being a travel nurse I have stayed at many extended stays and I can definitely say this is more like an extended family. The owners Sheila and Kent as well as Derinda,Donna, and Kelly make you feel like you're part of the family from the time you arrive. Hands down the cleanest and updated rooms I have seen in awhile. The pool and outdoor activity area is great on warm summer nights. I would recommended this place to everyone and anyone."

"Really enjoyed our stay here, will definitely be back. The office personal are very polite. The rooms are very clean and accommodating, they r equipped with microwave and fridge and dishes and utensils, a little home away from home. The beds were the most comfortable, I haven't slept that good in a long time. Definitely deserves the five stars."
