"I never thought the best fish and chips i've ever had would be in Millinocket but it was! Top notch service, a posh atmosphere and great Maine folks make this restaurant about as good as it gets. Spectacular views of Katahdin can be had right from the dining room.l also."
"Hands down, a perfect resort. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Only suggestion is to better mark road (1 mile long) shoeing path in/out, as it can be difficult in the dark. Would suggest looking at signage at airports to compare, every turn, etc."
"My partner and I went on a Moose Safari with Ken as our host and had a MARVELOUS time!! We did the pontoon boat tour of the lake and saw a momma moose and two twin babies! It was extremely exciting. Got a great view of them in the binoculars. We also saw a bald eagle, beavers, momma duck and ducklings and a few things I'm probably forgetting!. Ken was an intelligent, kind, knowledgable host and we enjoyed chatting with him between wildlife spotting. My partner and I had spent a long vacation in Vermont last Christmas looking unsuccessfully for moose, so it was very exciting to get to finally see them. We can't stop talking about it!"
"Beautiful place, beautiful cabins, amazing food! We had an absolute blast here and I can't wait to come back again one day! We also took a moose tour and it was amazing! The only thing was the other guests - there were a lot of obnoxious kids playing loud music and yelling expletives outside, not sure if that's the public this place caters to, hopefully it was just a random occurence."
