"I was offered some sparkling water as soon as I was greeted. I felt relaxed and in safe hands the minute I entered the room. Everyone was warm and welcoming. The nurse gave very clear details on what was going to happen and how it was going to feel. She asked me all relevant questions about my health and medications I take and how and explained why she was asking. I didn’t feel rushed in or rushed out. I left work a great skin care product. I will continue to be a customer."
