"Had to order my scrubs from here for school. If I had a choice I would have found a different place. She was hard to work with and borderline rude on the phone. The sizing is way off for the scrubs. Thank god I only order one pair. I was informed that picking up the scrubs to save on shipping and to try them on before going home was unavailable to her not being in Portsmouth where the company address is stated. The scrubs came from Stratham so unsure why pickup wasn’t an option. I was also charged a 15.50$ shipping fee, and when my scrubs came in it stated on my package that it cost half of what I was charged. I will be checking my bank statements to see if I was in fact charged the 15.50$ for shipping or just the 7.50$ listed on the package."
"If I could give this company zero stars I would. Their customer service is non existent. They run the company out of their screened porch off a dining room table. I order scrubs for Great Bay Community College's nursing program. The sizing is awful. I had to exchange my scrub set for a tall pants and a bigger top. I brough the first order back to this lady's house and she refused to take them back because they were "old and wrinkled" and not in the original packaging they were shipped in. Went to Stacey's Scrub Hub instead. Much more pleasant experience with Amy. Will be spreading word around school about how awful Eva's was."
