Young man at register was rude and not helpful; while waiting in line to check out I heard him answer "it's against store policy" 4 times to different customers for different issues. Young woman working with him at the counter looked embarrassed. Disappointing."
"Mountain Tops has both outstanding merchandise and staff. Abby, the assistant manager went above and beyond to assist me in finding a replacement sweatshirt for the one that I damaged. Additionally, the manager, Sue even provided me with contact information of another store that may carry the sweatshirt I was seeking in the color I had previously purchased. While Mountain Tops may lack a website, it’s because their customer service is top-notch and highly individualized. Next time I’m in Kennebunkport, I wouldn’t shop anywhere else!"
