"I had a similar experience to other reviews. I bought a ring and a stone fell out only a short period after purchasing it. I'm from out of town so I emailed and was given a prompt response of you're SOL. I would expect a business owner to stand by their products. If it had been a longer period I'd understand. I wasn't asked for any information. Receipt, a picture of the broken ring, just told sorry but will not do anything. This is extremely disappointing but seems like the practice of this individual. I would encourage you to not waste your money."
"My $55 sterling silver bracelet broke the same day I bought it. I originally approached the same employee who sold it to me to ask for an exchange and she said that wasn’t a problem. Then the shop owner came over to us, and I explained that it happened when I was clapping for applause at an event that same evening. She replied “I don’t believe you” and told me I wouldn’t be getting a refund or exchange. I posted a picture of her booth along with the posted sign that stated no refunds, exchange only. I wasn’t expecting a refund, but I most definitely was expecting an exchange. I was shocked and appalled that she wouldn’t give me an exchange as she stated she couldn’t believe my ‘story’ and that she would not accept a broken bracelet to exchange. I then told her I would be leaving her a horrible review and that she is a terrible business owner. The customer is always right, and at the very least, no store owner should ever accuse their customers of lying. If I could give this business zero stars I would. It was a horrible experience and I highly discourage anyone to spend their money at her establishment. The female employee with the long dark hair in the orange shirt (see photo) was pleasant and professional. Her boss is a disgrace. Shame on her and her business. That employee should look for employment elsewhere because I can only imagine how poorly she is treated if that’s how I was treated as a paying customer."
