"Since my daughter was born she's been with pediatric healtcare associate. It's been 3 years already and we never had a single good experience with sick visits. No matter how sick the child is they never give you a prescription and they tell you to wait until the symptoms worsen before they can give something and ask you to come back in 4 days. I don't think any parents enjoy seeing their child in pain for so many days. I will not recommend this place because I feel like my daughter and I are not treated well. Once my daughter was so sick and the person I was talking to to set up the appointment hung up the phone on me because I wanted an appointment with her PCP, because she was unable to understand i asked to speak with a person above her. The next time I called I was transferred to triage voice-mail and they got back to me the next day. For 3 years, there are a lot of similar things thar happened and can't be put in this post but I'm reaching my limits and looking for another place that will provide care for my daughter."

"I think that they have to change the phone call service method. Everytime you call you have to leave message for them to call you back Wich I find so ridiculous. I went to this office twice, I did not see it crazy busy. If everytime someone calls , they have to leave a message to get a call back. You guys don’t need those two receptionist in the front desk. I called concerning my newborn constipation around 1 o’clock, I got a call back until 4 o’clock, I missed the phone call. I called back right away, I can’t even get through. I was on hold for 45 minutes. At that point I hanged up . As a new mom it’s frustrating to go through that. Imagine your new born cries nonstop and you can’t even help , it’s frustrated. You guys need to do better with the phone calls"

"I have never received anything less than stellar care from any of the Doctors at Pediatric Health Care. Yes, due to the sheer # of patients they have, you can't always get the exact doctor you want, but you get quality, competent care regardless of the pediatrician. Both my daughters, now 12 and 16 have gone there since birth. Their multiple office locations and weekend hours add so much flexibility to scheduling as well. Highly Recommend!"

"I have been to both the Melrose Pediatric Healthcare Associates location and the Peabody location dozens of times. My daughter had frequent ear infections when she was young and every nurse and doctor I saw was wonderful. We do have a regular pediatrician who may not always been at the Melrose location when we need her, but it's a relief that there is always another doctor or nurse practitioner around. It's a short drive from Melrose to the Peabody office when the Melrose location is full or closed, and Peabody offers later hours during the week and sick appointments on the weekends which is incredibly helpful. I will always recommend Pediatric Healthcare Associates to new parents and caregivers. They are amazing."
