"I was lucky. I had been looking for a doctor for a long while. My previous doctor left me out to dry with a lame excuse. I really think that they didn’t want a lawsuit by leaving me high and dry. They made up a ridiculous excuse of why they couldn’t provide services for me anymore. Luckily I was referred to NorthEast Health Services by my therapist. These people were very nice and supportive. They got me off the rough road I was on and paved a new one for me. Actually I had reached the end of the find a doctors road when I found them. I acquired my new doctor within days of them giving me ultimatums. Now that I have a great new doctor I feel like giving them a scathing message. But over the years I’ve learned to look at the positives. My past doctor almost did me an injustice. I have to look at the fact that she saved me when my lithium levels were too high. I’m grateful for that but I will still let her know that she wasn’t right in the way she treated me. She thinks I don’t understand what happened but I will let her know that I do. It wasn’t right but it led me to a better place. Thank You"

"Alexa Pellenburg is kind, smart and very empathic and down to earth. She cares alot about her clients. I've switched from alot of therapists for various reasons, I've found some of them to very robotic and not care about the connection with the client. I understand it's a professional relationship but in order for the client to make progress there needs to be a good connection. Thank you Alexa Pellenburg you are the best."

"Went today with my daughter to the Newton office. The office was empty and the therapist never showed up. It was creepy and a totally ethical flaw. I called and they didn’t even have my daughter registered. Of course I did spoke with someone and have the appointment confirmation message. Very disappointed"
