"Let me tell you how horrifying this office is after filling out an application three weeks ago never having them call me to tell me if I’ve been excepted as a patient. After me calling them five times and no one ever calling me back finally today they tell me that Dr. Campbell will not except me because I am on a controlled substance. My control substance is for anxiety and depression what kind of doctors office is this that they cannot be bothered to even call you back or take you when you have anxiety or depression. This is a very very sad dysfunctional office and I am horrified to think that a doctor has refused me because I have anxiety and depression. I hope that you at this medical facility suffer from anxiety and depression to know what it feels like you are very very sad and should not be in the medical field at all. I am only giving this a one star because I have to pick a star outside of that they would get an a big big zero"
